A magnificent space, which typically hosts larger dinner functions and Members’ events—with seated dining of 60 and a standing capacity of 100, the main Ballroom is our Club’s premier space.
Members’ Dining Room
As the primary dining space, the Members Dining Room provides a beautiful, intimate setting for quiet enjoyment of some of the regions finest fare.
With an open fireplace & lounge aside seating for 30, the Members Dining Room offers a glimpse of the outside world from the large bay windows.
Bar & Lounge
The ‘heart of the Club’ & a space frequented by all who visit. An open fire roars in winter, while the Club’s gardens can be enjoyed via double–doors in the warmer spring and summer months.
Members often enjoy a light lunch in the Bar & Lounge, as an informal alternative to the Members Dining Room.
Under the watchful eye of one the Club’s founders, the Committee Room provides an intimate and private space, perfect for meetings, private dining and general use.
Stocked full of reading material, with a historical and militaria persuasion, the Library provides a space for quiet enjoyment, reading and study.
The Billiards Hall
Hosting two original Alcock & Sons competition sized billiards tables—the Billiards Hall can be found hosting a wide range of congregations & good-tidings.
With an incredible example of historical carpentry, visitors to the Billiards Hall are welcomed by a rich sense of history and craftsmanship.
As a private dining and function space, the Bayview Room offers Members & their guests a seated capacity of 20 and standing of approximately 30—with the added enjoyment of views to Corio Bay from the balcony.
Garden & Sunroom
The Sunroom atrium and adjoining Garden offers Members the enjoyment of one of the largest gardens available at any Private Members Club in Australia.
The beautifully manicured gardens are framed by an enormous Ivy wall, giving a grand sense of enchantment and natural beauty.
As a perfect outdoor event space, the Gardens have hosted many events, catering for up to 250 Members and their guests.
